The staff was genuinely helpful, the breakfast was excellent, everything was perfectly fine. The room was a nice size and brand-new and we really enjoyed a microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. Its location to Long Beach was comfortable. Plus, it was just next door to the nearby mall and easy to use airport shuttle and the airport in 24 degree weather.

The location turned out to be marvellous, really close to the airport and free shuttle and Columbus by 8:00 am. Furthermore, to the nearby mall.

The setting was terrible.

Comfortable and ideal location, short way from everywhere. Coffee/tea making equipment, a sitting area, and a work desk in the room and the comfortable bed.

The breakfast was delicious, variety of food. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave. The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Cmh Cell Phone Lot.

The food was good - a huge variety of options. The room was well laid out with shower, the coffee maker plus 1 sofa bed, just what was needed. The location was marvellous and unbeatable there, to shops etc. And it was also close enough to Columbus by 8:00 am and airport terminal.

Excellent Service and Convenient Location

When we checked in at Fairfield Inn, we were warmly greeted by the staff who made us feel welcome right away. They went above and beyond to accommodate our special request of surprising my wife with a Valentine's Day gift. The gentleman at the front desk was genuinely excited to present us with the bouquet of roses and teddy bear. It made our stay even more memorable and special.

The place was spotless with an exceptionally friendly and affable staff. Had a really nice stay overall, the room I stayed in was well-organised and spotless with 1 king bed, shower plus the coffee maker.
